("bryvio", "we", "us", or "our"), including visiting our restaurant, using our website at bryvio.top, making reservations, or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. bryvio is a fast casual dining restaurant operated by bryvio B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands with registration number 52819460 and VAT number NL861904527B01. Our restaurant is located at Kastanjelaan 185, 6517 CB Nijmegen, Netherlands.
bryvio provides fast casual dining services, including dine-in meals, takeaway orders, catering services, and table reservations. We reserve the right to modify our menu, prices, and services at any time without prior notice. All food items are prepared according to our standard recipes and procedures.
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. We will make every effort to honour confirmed reservations, but we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements or table locations. Reservations may be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late without notification. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by bryvio. Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and major credit cards. For catering orders, payment terms may vary and will be specified at the time of booking.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Catering orders require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice when possible.
While we take precautions to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, our kitchen handles various ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Cross-contamination may occur. Customers with severe allergies should inform our staff and exercise caution. bryvio cannot guarantee completely allergen-free meals.
Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove customers who engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour. Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved by management.
All content on the bryvio website, including text, images, logos, recipes, and design elements, is the property of bryvio B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. The bryvio name and logo are trademarks of bryvio B.V.
Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate reservations and orders. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time.

bryvio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
bryvio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service remain in effect until terminated by either party. bryvio may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these terms.
